本文侧重叙述开缝石英管原子捕集器(STAT)火焰原子吸收法测定皮革中微量镉。样品采用硫酸—过氧化氢分解,方法简便、快速。适用于皮革中0.0002%—X%Cd的测定。回收率为97—100%。
This article focuses on the determination of trace cadmium in leather by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with a slit quartz tube atomic trap (STAT). Samples using sulfuric acid - hydrogen peroxide decomposition, the method is simple and fast. It is suitable for the determination of 0.0002% -X% Cd in leather. The recovery rate is 97-100%.
