本文结合当前我国高职院校的行政管理现状,并从多个方面对于高职院校行政管理中的问题进行探讨,结合实践经验,提出了关于高职院校行政管理弊端的改革对策,希望对于今后的高职院校行政管理工作具有一定帮助。
