学术期刊网络化引发了版权管理与保护的诸多问题。在此,从四个方面探讨期刊社可采取的对策与措施:①与作者签订授权协议;②作者身份的认定与稿件管理;③作品信息的安全防护;④保护作者收益最大化。以求建立起网络技术对原有保护体系造成冲击后新的利益平衡。
Academic Journal Network triggered a number of issues of copyright management and protection. Here, we discuss the countermeasures and measures that the periodicals can take from four aspects: (1) authorizing the author with the author; (2) author’s identity and manuscript management; (3) security of the work’s information; (4) maximizing the author’s income. In order to establish a new balance of interests after the impact of the network technology on the original protection system.
