本刊讯青海土族研究会副会长,《中国土族》杂志原主编、社长辛存文因病医治无效,于9月12日在西宁逝世,享年83岁。辛存文同志逝世后,青海土族研究会、《中国土族》杂志社编辑部送去挽联,前往吊唁。辛存文,男,土族,1934年8月15日出生于青海省海东市乐都区蒲台乡寺沟脑村一个普通农民家庭。1955年,考入兰州大学中文系,并正式加入中国共产党。1959年,大学毕业后,先后在中共甘肃省委、甘肃日报社工作。1962年4
