In order to investigate the relationship between epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and P53 protein and bladder tumor, the authors applied multiple PAP immunocytochemistry to increase the sensitivity of the method and to overcome the antibody titer by increasing the number of PAPs Low and unsuitable staining on paraffin sections of 58 cases of paraffin-embedded bladder tumor tissue sections were detected. The results showed that: the positive rate of EGFR was 34.5%. It is located in the cell membrane and cytoplasm, and P53 protein positive rate was 27.6%, mainly located in the nucleus, a small part of the cytoplasm. Their positive rates were significantly different between the pathological grade and clinical stage (P <0.05), which indicated that the abnormal expression of EGFR and P53 protein was positively correlated with the differentiation and infiltration of bladder tumor.
