为了对硝酸盐自然循环回路(Nitrate Natural Circulation Loop,NNCL)的各子系统及设备的运行状态进行在线监测及远程控制,设计并实现了具有分布式结构的控制系统,并根据工程实际对其软件模块进行了改进。主要包括对过程控制软件包进行结构优化,以提高多通道模式下数据传输效率;使用Postgre SQL关系型数据库取代本地数据存储方式进行数据存档管理和和查询;在操作员计算机中更新人机界面软件以获得更好的界面效果,配置MATLAB在线驱动接口用于数据在线处理。经过运行测试表明,此系统可长期有效地支持回路的调试运行,并为实验人员提供研究所需的实验数据及控制途径。
In order to monitor and control the running status of each subsystem and equipment of Nitrate Natural Circulation Loop (NNCL), a distributed control system was designed and implemented. According to the actual project, its software Module has been improved. Mainly includes the structural optimization of the process control software package to improve data transmission efficiency in multi-channel mode; the use of Postgre SQL relational database instead of local data storage for data archiving management and query; in the operator computer to update the human-machine interface software For better interface effects, configure the MATLAB online driver interface for data online processing. After running the test shows that this system can support the long-term and effective debugging of the circuit operation, and provide experimental data and control methods required for the study.
