本文介绍采用比例电磁铁的退绕张力控制系统。与使用电磁粉末制动器或气动带式制动器的退绕系统相比较,本系统体积小、重量轻、成本低、而且制动器与退绕轴之间无机械联接,使得上轴与落轴十分方便,适用于老机改造。系统控制电路采用了锁相,可逆计数、脉宽调制和数字脉宽调制等新技术,并应用了现代控制理论的设计方法。系统设置了可随时切换的模拟控制与微机控制两套装置,以保证连续生产。
