本文从一名普通基层司法工作者的视角提炼并分析了我国现行社区矫正工作的利和弊。首先认定利弊并存但利大于弊的事实,肯定了社区矫正工作积极的现实意义。然后提出了现行社区矫正工作中存在的一些问题。最后提出了对我国社区矫正工作的展望,殷切希望社区矫正的相关立法尽快出台,以支撑我国社区矫正工作,使其得以按部就班有条不紊地健康发展。
This article extracts and analyzes the pros and cons of the current community correction work in our country from the perspective of an ordinary grassroots judicial worker. First of all, it is concluded that the advantages and disadvantages coexist but the benefits outweigh the disadvantages and affirmed the positive and practical significance of community corrections. Then put forward some problems existing in the current community correction work. At last, it puts forward the prospect of community correction in our country and earnestly hopes that the relevant legislation of community correction will be released as soon as possible so as to support the community correction in our country so that it can be developed healthily step by step.
