随着今年来房地产市场的逐渐升温,我国不动产登记制度的存在的缺陷也日益显现出来。在未来的物权法及民法典的中,不动产登记制度无疑是重中之重的内容。如何克服现行不动产登记制度的弊端,建立一套完善的不动产登记制度无疑是一个难题。本文在分析了我国现行不动产登记制度之后,提出了一些今后我国不动产登记立法的建议。
With the gradual warming of the real estate market this year, the defects of the real property registration system in our country are also increasingly apparent. In the future Real Right Law and Civil Code, real estate registration system is undoubtedly the most important content. How to overcome the shortcomings of the current real estate registration system, to establish a sound real estate registration system is undoubtedly a problem. After analyzing the current registration system of real property in our country, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the registration of real estate in our country in the future.
