文化全球化给我们的文化发展带来生机的同时,也使我们党的思想建设面临着不良文化因素的严峻挑战。党的十六届四中全会指出：“加强党的执政能力建设是关系我国社会主义事业的兴衰成败、关系中华民族的前途命运、关系党的生死存亡和国家长治久安的重大战略课题。”而加强党的思想建设是提高党的执政能力的前提和基础。只有不断加强党的思想建设,才能真正提高党的领导水平和执政水平,提高拒腐防变和抵御风险的能力。因此,研究当前党的思想建设面临的文化挑战具有重要的现实意义。
While cultural globalization brings vitality to our cultural development, it also poses a severe challenge to our party’s ideological construction due to its adverse cultural factors.
