不同激素、不同浓度处理，沙松紫椴生根率存在明显差异；不同的采穗时间、不同的年龄、生根率亦不同；嫩枝扦插高于硬枝。沙松嫩枝以ＡＢＴ１号５００ｇ／ｍ３处理，生根率达９５％；紫椴嫩枝以ＡＢＴ１号１００ｇ／ｍ３、ＩＢＡ２０ｇ／ｍ３、ＮＡＡ２０ｇ／ｍ３，生根率达１００％。
