项目中的成本管理是工程正常运行且尽可能达到利润最大化的基本保障。成本预算是项目成本管理的关键内容。本文分析了目前铁路工程项目成本预算中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的建议和措施。
The cost management in the project is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of the project and the maximization of profit as much as possible. Cost budgeting is a key part of project cost management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current railway project cost budget and puts forward some pertinent suggestions and measures.
