随着时代的发展和社会的进步,我国各个行业的企业都已经取得了一定的发展。但是随之而来的也是企业之间的各种竞争以及当前的市场环境所造成的恶性竞争,而作为企业要想不断的发展下去,就需要提高自身的竞争力。企业的发展过程中,管理层起着重要的作用,是决定企业未来发展的重要因素。因此提高管理人员的综合素质、工作能力极为有必要。而当前在企业管理培训中,经常会出现参与培训者积极性十分低的问题,这就严重影响了培训的效果以及未来企业的发展。本文主要就是影响企业管理培训中参与培训者的积极性的因素入手,对于如何在企业管理培训中调动参与培训者的积极性展开详细的分析。
With the development of the times and the progress of society, the enterprises in various industries in our country have made some progress. However, it is also the various competitions among enterprises and the vicious competition caused by the current market environment. As enterprises need to continue to develop, they need to improve their own competitiveness. In the process of enterprise development, management plays an important role in determining the future development of an important factor. Therefore, improving the overall quality of management personnel, ability to work is extremely necessary.
