中国加入世贸组织是全面融入经济全球化的体现,开放商业领域是直接把商业企业放在全球竞争的环境中,因此,应对入世的挑战,提升自己的核心竞争能力,是中国商业企业参与经济全球化进程的第一步战略目标。按照国际著名学者迈克尔?波特的理论,企业的竞争优势主要来自两个方面,即:成本领先与差别化。所谓成本领先是企业通过努力发现和挖掘所有的经营资源优势,特别追求规模效益和出售标准化的产品,在行业中保持整体成本领先地位,从而以行业最低价格的面目出现获取竞争优势。
