吉林银行股份有限公司(BANK OF JILIN CO.,LTD,简称吉林银行)是经中国银行业监督管理委员会于2007年10月10日批准,由长春市商业银行更名为吉林银行,吸收合并吉林市商业银行、辽源市城市信用社而设立的股份有限公司。2008年末和2009年4月,吉林银行通过吸收合并省内四个地区的城信社成立了白山、通化、四平、松原分行,新设了延边分行、白城分行,完成省内9个市州网点布局,实现了在全省跨区域经营。
Bank of Jilin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bank of Jilin) was approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission on October 10, 2007 and renamed as Changchun Commercial Bank by Jilin Bank to absorb the merger of Jilin City Commercial Bank, Liaoyuan City Credit Union and the establishment of a joint stock limited company. In late 2008 and April 2009, Jilin Bank established Baishan, Tonghua, Siping and Matsubara branches through absorbing and integrating Shinsin Corporation in the four regions in the province, and newly established Yanbian Branch and Baicheng Branch, and completed 9 cities and prefectures in the province Layout, achieved in the province across the region.
