通过苗期鉴定1000余份辣椒种质资源对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒的(CMV)抗病性,筛选出抗(耐)TMV的材料185份,抗(耐)CMV的材料152份,其中兼抗二病的材料82份.研究结果表明,辣椒种质资源对CMV的抗病性与其对TMV的抗病性具有极显著回归关系,不同类型辣椒种质资源对TMV的抗病性存有显著差异,但对CMV的抗病性差异不显著.
185 resistant and resistant TMV materials were screened for the disease resistance (CMV) of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and cucumber mosaic virus by identifying more than 1000 capsicum germplasms at seedling stage, and the anti-resistant CMV 152 materials, of which 82 were resistant to both diseases.The results showed that the disease resistance of pepper germplasm resources to CMV had a very significant regression relationship with the disease resistance of TMV. The effects of different types of pepper germplasm resources on TMV There were significant differences in disease resistance, but no significant difference in resistance to CMV.
