目前在工業部門对技术档案和行政(公文)档案工作的組織管理,还沒有一套統一的做法,還存在着一些問題。据我所知道的几个單位来看,档案工作的組織大致有兩种情况:一种是技术档案和行政档案由兩个档案室分別管理;另一种則是集中在一个档案室。这兩种情况又往往是除管理档案外,还兼管資料工作。這兩种做法,孰优孰劣,尚無一致看法。根据我个人在工作中的一些体会,感到档案和资料还可以有比較明确的区分,但技术档案和行政(公文)档案,就只能按各个机关、企業的業务性質分出主从,而难以把它們分得一清二楚。像我們这个設計机構,过去技
At present, there is no unified approach to the organization and management of technical files and administrative (official documents) archives in the industrial sector. There are still some problems. According to the units that I know, there are basically two types of organization of archival work: one is that the technical archives and the administrative archives are managed separately by two archives; the other is centralized in one archival office.
