周天一,1968年毕业于北京大学无线电系,从事港口工作36年。1982年参与青岛港集装箱码头的筹备和建设,1983年参加交通部港口电气技术考察团出访香港及欧洲四国,率先在我国青岛港集装箱码头机械上采用全可控硅供电技术,获得国家“六五”科技攻关奖励。1985年至1999年连续15年担任青岛港集装箱码头公司(QHCC)经理,主持集装箱码头的建设、经营和管理。1985年及1989年两次参加交通部组织赴德国、比利时集装箱码头经理培训。在八十年代
Zhou Tianyi, graduated from Peking University Radio Department in 1968 and worked in port for 36 years. In 1982, he participated in the preparation and construction of Qingdao Port Container Terminal. In 1983, he participated in the Port Electrical Technology Study Tour of the Ministry of Communications and visited Hong Kong and the four European countries. He took the lead in adopting the full SCR power supply technology in container terminal machinery of Qingdao Port of China and obtained “ Five ”scientific and technological rewards.
