目的:研究微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2014年9月至2015年4月期间在我院接受口腔正畸治疗的92名患者作为观察对象,以数字随机法的方式将其分成常规组和实验组(n=46例),常规组患者采用普通口腔正畸治疗,实验组患者则采用微型种植体支抗治疗。结果:实验组患者磨牙移位、上中切牙凸距差以及上中切牙倾角差分别为(4.0±0.1)mm、和(4.4±1.5)mm和(30±6)°,均明显优于常规组患者的(6.3±0.6)mm、(2.5±0.7)mm和(13±3)°,两组患者治疗效果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应发生率明显低于常规组患者不良反应发生率,两组患者的不良反应发生率具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果理想,能在提升患者治疗效果的同时降低患者的不良反应发生率,对于促进口腔医疗行业的发展具有非常重要的价值,值得考虑在临床中广泛应用。
Objective: To study the effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods: Ninety-two patients undergoing oral orthodontic treatment in our hospital from September 2014 to April 2015 were selected as observational subjects and divided into routine group and experimental group (n = 46) by digital random method. The conventional group of patients with ordinary oral orthodontic treatment, the experimental group of patients treated with mini-implant support. Results: The molar shift, the distance between the upper incisors and the incisors of the upper incisors in the experimental group were (4.0 ± 0.1) mm and (4.4 ± 1.5) mm and (30 ± 6) °, respectively, which were significantly superior (6.3 ± 0.6) mm, (2.5 ± 0.7) mm and (13 ± 3) ° in the conventional group, the treatment effect was statistically significant (P <0.05) in both groups; the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower The incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of micro-implant anchors in oral orthodontic treatment is effective and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients while improving the therapeutic effect of the patients, which is of great value in promoting the development of the oral medical industry.
