本文以某基础大体积混凝土施工为例,通过在监测了混凝土在整个浇筑过程中,使用先进的检测仪器,查看工程实施过程中温度变化的状况,进而综合分析监测结果,探索研究大体积混凝土水化热温度与凝土配合比、环境、掺合料、保温养护措施等因素之间的关系,通过对比分析计算结果与工程实测结果,找到不同养护情况对混凝土温度场的影响因素。研究结果显示:以本文为背景的工程,施工质量较好,选取了科学的参数,可供同类工程参考。
In this paper, a basic mass concrete construction as an example, by monitoring the concrete pouring in the whole process, the use of advanced detection equipment, check the status of the project during the temperature changes, and then comprehensive analysis of monitoring results, to explore the mass concrete water The relationship between heat temperature and concrete mix, environment, admixture, insulation and other factors are analyzed. Through comparative analysis and calculation results and engineering test results, the influence factors of different curing conditions on concrete temperature field are found out. The result of the research shows that the project with the background of this article has good construction quality and selected scientific parameters for reference of similar projects.
