随着素质教育的深入实施,英语教师千方百计地活跃课堂气氛,使英语课堂出现了师生共动“大会演”的热闹场面。但这种师生共动大多是老师调动学生,学生要受老师的遥控。这不利于学生创新意识的培养和创新能力的发展。为了让学生既积极又创新,可以让学生当小老师,让学生去调动学生。让他们在读、说、唱、演、议、评、制七方面起示范带头作用,从而辐射带动更多的学生争先创优。
