溶剂萃取法应用于混合铜锌原料的处理

In recent years the technology has become more and more popular. As a new hydrometallurgical solution for copper and copper concentrates, the program is being evaluated or has been implemented in the past few years in countries such as Chile and the United States. Due to commercial success, a joint zinc smelter in Skorpion, Namibia, which produces 150,000 t of zinc per year since 2003, is currently using ZINCEX ™ solvent extraction technology to build a new zinc expansion project. Copper extraction and zinc extraction are mature and well-established commercial technologies. It is now a good time to consider applying this technology to new mining and metallurgical projects that deal with mixed or polymetallic cupro-zinc ore and recycled materials. This paper presents the design features and technical advantages of solvent extraction technology in two industrial applications: (1) heap leaching copper oxide / zinc polymetallic ore to recover high purity copper and zinc cathodes; (2) treating soot and copper smelting The furnace’s electricity collects solid particles to recover the copper and zinc and remove some impurities, such as arsenic. In both projects, the results of this technical assessment are positive and show the obvious technical advantages and potential economic benefits of recovering these metals by solvent extraction.
