广钢3号高炉(300m3)采用空料线打水停炉,整个过程实现了安全、顺利、快速停炉。其主要经验有:合理调整炉况;严格按照炉顶温度控制打水量及风量。
The No. 3 blast furnace (300m3) of Guangzhou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. adopted empty material line to stop the water and realized the safe, smooth and rapid shutdown of the furnace. Its main experience is: a reasonable adjustment of furnace conditions; in strict accordance with the top of the temperature control of water and air volume.
