为比较管板在不同形式管孔下的应力强度,分别在UG中建立了八分之一模型,即圆形开孔和椭圆形开孔的管板结构。在ANSYS中进行温度场和应力场的的分析。对计算结果进行分析,结果表明在本文计算工况下,圆形开孔的管板应力值与椭圆形开孔的管板应力值相比,其值很大且分布很不均匀,在管板中心布管区域的应力比较大,出现应力集中。而椭圆形开孔的管板,应力值普遍较低,应力的分布比较均匀。目前,所有的标准均是针对圆管的,这样的结果为工程实际应用提供了依据。
In order to compare the stress intensity of the tube plate under different forms of tube holes, one-eighth of the models were established in UG, namely the tube plate structure with circular openings and oval openings. ANSYS in the temperature field and stress field analysis. The calculation results show that under the calculation conditions of this paper, the values of the tube plate stress of the circular hole and the tube plate stress of the elliptical hole are very large and the distribution is not uniform. The stress in the pipe area of the center is relatively large, and stress concentration occurs. The oval hole tube plate, the stress value is generally lower, the stress distribution is more uniform. At present, all the standards are for pipe, so the results provide the basis for the practical application of the project.
