近年来,中国机动车保有量迅速增长,在提高机动性的同时,也造成了一系列城市环境问题。交通稳静化能有效降低机动车的速度、流量、噪音、废气排放等,提高交通安全性和环境协调性。本文介绍了交通稳静化设计理念及其在国内外的成功案例。
In recent years, the rapid growth in the number of motor vehicles in China has caused a series of problems in urban environment while improving mobility. Stabilization of traffic can effectively reduce the speed, flow, noise and exhaust emissions of motor vehicles to improve traffic safety and environmental coordination. This paper introduces the concept of steady traffic design and its successful cases both at home and abroad.
