荆州市第一人民医院始建于1949年10月,地处风光旖旎、人杰地灵的荆江之滨,融医疗、教学、科研、急救、预防保健和康复于一体.是江汉平原最大的综合性三级甲等医院,是国际爱婴医院、国际紧急救援中心网络医院、华中科技大学同济医学院临床学院、武汉大学医学院附属临床学院、长江大学医学院临床学院。近年来,医院先后被授予“全国百姓放心医院”、“全国模范职工之家”、“省级文明单位”、 “湖北省卫生文化建设先进单位”等荣誉称号。
The First People’s Hospital of Jingzhou City was established in October 1949. It is located on the shore of Jingjiang, a city with outstanding scenery and outstanding people. It integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, first aid, preventive health care and rehabilitation. It is the largest integrated tertiary level in Jianghan Plain. A Hospital is an international baby-friendly hospital, an international emergency rescue center network hospital, a clinical college of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, a affiliated clinical college of Medical College of Wuhan University, and a clinical college of Medical College of Yangtze University. In recent years, the hospital has been awarded the honorary title of “National People’s Hospital,” “National Model Workers’ Home,” “Provincial Civilization Unit,” and “Advanced Unit in Hubei Health Culture Construction.”
