随着经济社会的发展与变革,社会保障与劳动力市场之间的联系成为一个日渐复杂的问题。其基本逻辑在于:社会经济全球化导致劳动力市场的不断变革需要社会保障相应变化,这是国际社会保障协会2007年全球研究大会达成的重要共识之一。也就是说,以促进社会生产率提升与社会包容为主要目标的社会保障,需要积极变革以适应实现提高劳动力市场参与程度、促进劳动力市场发展的需求。本文主要强调如下方面:分析劳动
With the economic and social development and transformation, the link between social security and labor market has become an increasingly complex issue. Its basic logic is that one of the major consensuses reached by the International Social Security Association 2007 Global Research Conference is that the continuous changes in the labor market due to socio-economic globalization require corresponding changes in social security.
