主要进展和成效:部门合作在救助对象的识别注册、项目宣传与发动方面发挥了重要作用。医疗救助机构有严格的准入机制和健全的管理制度,医疗救助内容和额度符合原方案设计,救助资金的管理日臻完善。主要问题:救助服务利用率低,成都市流动人口救助工作开展得不理想,信息管理系统需要完善。建议:采取综合措施提高救助服务利用率,调整项目区医疗救助资金的总额。
Major progress and results: Departmental cooperation has played an important role in the identification and registration of rescue targets, project promotion and launch. Medical aid agencies have strict access mechanisms and sound management systems. The contents and quotas of medical assistance are in line with the original design, and the management of rescue funds is improving day by day. The main problems are the low utilization rate of rescue services, the unsatisfactory development of Chengdu’s floating population, and the need for improvement in information management systems. Suggestion: Take comprehensive measures to increase the utilization rate of rescue services and adjust the total amount of medical assistance funds in the project area.
