应用CT断层扫描技术及层切法获得猪下颚骨数据进行CT三维重建,在获得下颚骨三维实体模型的基础上,采用有限单元法将枪弹及下颚骨三维模型进行空间离散化,以Lagrangian坐标形式描述枪弹及下颚骨的空间位置。在允许少量相互侵彻的基础上,选择罚函数法计算结构中的接触状态,并运用显示中心差分法求解接触状态下Lagrangian网格的离散化方程,数值模拟7.62mm制式枪弹侵彻猪下颚骨的过程中,枪弹及下颚骨的变形、破坏及碎片飞溅过程。与试验参数进行比较,仿真分析结果与试验数据吻合良好,仿真结果具有较高的可信度,为高速枪弹侵彻动力特性及侵彻机理的研究提供参考。
Three-dimensional CT reconstruction of porcine mandible data was obtained by using CT tomography and slice-cut method. Based on the three-dimensional solid model of mandible, the three-dimensional model of bullet and mandible was discretized by finite element method. On the basis of allowing a small amount of mutual penetration, the Penalty Function method was used to calculate the contact state in the structure, and the discretization equation of the Lagrangian mesh in the contact state was solved by using the display center difference method. Compared with the experimental parameters, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The simulation results have high reliability and provide reference for the research on the dynamic characteristics and penetration mechanism of high velocity projectiles.
