教师不仅是知识的传播者和创造者,还能成为研究教育的探究着和反思者。尤其在我国,教师教育的目标和路径是以自我专业发展需要和意识为核心的教师专业发展,因此高校教师继续教育有待更深入的研究。本文从高职院校教师继续教育的现状出发,深入分析其特点,从而探究继续教育的有效方式。
Teachers are not only the disseminators and creators of knowledge, but also the explorers and reflectors of research education. Especially in our country, the goal and path of teacher education is the professional development of teachers with self-professional development needs and consciousness as the core. Therefore, continuing education of university teachers needs to be further studied. This article from the status of continuing education of higher vocational colleges, in-depth analysis of its characteristics, so as to explore effective ways to continue education.
