采用类比法、检查表法、经验法及现场调查法对某汽车保养用品生产企业扩建项目进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,可能产生的职业病危害因素有二甲苯、丙酮、异丙醇、氨、正庚烷、丙苯、异丙苯、1,3,5-三甲苯、丙二醇苯醚、其他粉尘和噪声;选址和总体布局合理,工程的建筑结构和设备布局设计基本符合职业卫生要求,生产工艺成熟,引进国外设备自动化程度很高,该项目在职业病防治方面是可行的。
Using analogy, checklist, experience and on-site investigation of a car maintenance products manufacturing enterprise expansion project pre-evaluation of occupational hazards. Results The project is a construction project with serious occupational hazards. The possible occupational hazards include xylene, acetone, isopropanol, ammonia, n-heptane, propylbenzene, cumene, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene, propylene glycol Phenyl ether, other dust and noise. The site selection and overall layout are reasonable. The architectural structure and equipment layout of the project basically meet the occupational health requirements. The production technology is mature. The introduction of foreign equipment is highly automated. The project is feasible in the prevention and control of occupational diseases .
