目的观察0.75%布比卡因复合曲安奈德与0.75%布比卡因复合亚甲蓝行三叉神经干阻滞对三叉神经痛的治疗效果。方法选择三叉神经痛患者60例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例,注射0.75%布比卡因2ml复合亚甲蓝1ml;对照组30例,注射0.75%布比卡因2ml复合曲安奈德10mg。结果术后10d评价治疗效果,治疗组优25例,良4例,差1例,优良率96.7%(29例)。6个月时复发1例,12个月时复发3例共4例。对照组术后10d评价优4例,良3例,差23例。优良率23.3%(7例)。6个月时复发3例,12个月时有2例复发。结论亚甲蓝复合液神经干阻滞是一种有效的治疗三叉神经痛的方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of trigeminal neuralgia with 0.75% bupivacaine combined with triamcinolone acetonide and 0.75% bupivacaine in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Totally 60 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was 30 cases and the injection of 0.75% bupivacaine 2ml complex methylene blue 1ml. In the control group, 30 cases were injected 0.75% bupivacaine 2ml triamcinolone acetonide German 10mg. Results The therapeutic effect was evaluated 10 days after operation. The treatment group was excellent in 25 cases, good in 4 cases and poor in 1 case, the excellent and good rate was 96.7% (29 cases). One case recurred at 6 months and 3 cases recurred in 12 cases. The control group 10 days after the evaluation excellent in 4 cases, good in 3 cases, poor in 23 cases. Excellent rate of 23.3% (7 cases). Recurrence occurred at 6 months in 3 cases, with recurrence in 2 at 12 months. Conclusion Methylene blue composite fluid nerve block is an effective method to treat trigeminal neuralgia.
