本文对手扶拖拉机手把进行测量与评价,结果表明振动量值较大,危及驾驶员身体健康。为了减小振动,首先对扶手架进行模态分析,发现了第二阶模态频率与发动机一阶惯性力频率耦合。为使第二阶模态频率避开发动机一阶惯性力频率,文中对扶手架的质量、刚度进行局部修改,结果使手把振动有较大幅度的下降。文中还对改进前、后构件的受力变形进行模拟,以检查改进的效果。
This paper measures and evaluates the hand-held tractor handle, the results show that the vibration value is larger, endangering the driver’s health. In order to reduce the vibration, the modal analysis of the handrail was firstly carried out and the second-order modal frequency was found to be frequency-coupled with the first-order inertial force of the engine. In order to avoid the second-order modal frequency from the first-order inertial force frequency of the engine, local modification of the quality and rigidity of the handrail results in a substantial drop in the vibration of the handlebar. The article also simulates the force and deformation of the components before and after the improvement to check the improvement effect.
