颅内巨大肿瘤样动脉瘤,国外文献中已有不少个案和病组报道。而国内尚未见报告。现将我院1980年收治的一例报告如下.病例介绍肖××,男,40岁。住院号206203。主诉左下肢无力3年,左上肢不能上举半年。于1980年9月18日入我院诊治。患者平素体健,发病以来经常有针刺样头痛,但无剧烈头痛,呕吐、昏迷、抽搐等病史.体检:神志清楚、智力佳,血压90/70毫米汞柱。左上肢肌力Ⅲ度,下肢Ⅳ度.左侧腱反射较右侧活跃,左巴彬斯基征阳性。同位素~(99m)锝脑扫描,右颞同位素浓集。脑电图:右半球见大量慢波,以右颞明显。右颈动脉造影,大脑中动脉水平段远端可见2.5×4
Intracerebral huge tumor-like aneurysms, foreign literature has been reported in many cases and patients. And no report yet. Now our hospital admitted in 1980, a case report is as follows .Xiao XX, male, 40 years old. Hospital number 206203. Complaint left limb weakness 3 years, left upper limb can not lift for six months. In September 18, 1980 into our hospital for treatment. Patients usually have health, since the onset of acupuncture often have headache, but no severe headache, vomiting, coma, convulsions and other medical history. Physical examination: conscious, good intelligence, blood pressure 90/70 mm Hg. Left upper limb muscle strength Ⅲ degree, lower limb Ⅳ degree.The left tendon reflex is more active than the right, left Babinski sign positive. Isotope ~ (99m) technetium brain scan, right temporal isotope concentration. EEG: see a large number of slow waves in the right hemisphere, right temporal obvious. Right carotid artery angiography, the level of the middle cerebral artery visible distal 2.5 × 4
