安全是学校一切教育工作的前提,是学校和谐发展的基本保证,是学校管理的底线要求,是学校文化的基础共识,是以人为本的科学发展观在学校工作中的具体体现。作为一个学校,肩负着千钧重担,如何做好学校的安全工作,让学生满意,让家长满意,让社会满意,笔者从加强领导,明确职责;健全制度,规范管理;加大检查,排除隐患;加强教育,强化防范意识;管理“多元”化主体五方面进行阐述。
