提高办刊水平和期刊质量,必须重视期刊编辑部人力资源管理和复合型编辑人才的培养。在人力资源管理方面,不仅要保证引进编辑人才的质量,建立相应的绩效考核机制、激励机制和竞争机制,而且要注重做好编辑在工作中的心理调适,帮助他们防止和克服职业倦怠。在编辑人才培养方面,注重营造编辑部的学习氛围,使编辑既能学到各方面知识,又能张扬个性,发挥潜能,为期刊发展培养不同类型的编辑人才。
To improve the level of running a journal and the quality of its journal, we must attach importance to the training of journal editorial department human resources management and compound editors. In the aspect of human resources management, we not only need to ensure the quality of editors, but also establish the corresponding performance appraisal mechanism, incentive mechanism and competition mechanism, and pay attention to the psychological adjustment of editors at work so as to help them prevent and overcome job burnout.
