几年前,嘉德拍卖前董事总裁兼CEO寇勤退居拍卖二线转而去做嘉德投资的时候,就设下一个暗示——中国嘉德在下一盘大棋,不甘于只做拍卖。日前,嘉德典亚艺术周组委会和中国嘉德国际拍卖有限公司前后宣布,即将开幕的“第四届嘉德·典亚艺术周”和“中国嘉德2017年秋季拍卖会”将在全新落成的嘉德艺术中心大楼亮相。虽然嘉德艺术中心大楼的落成比预期时间晚了两年,但依旧是亚洲首个以拍卖行为背景的“一站式”文物艺术品综合平台。
