进入二十一世纪以来,人们逐渐意识到:知识就是生产力。所以越来越多的家长不再持有“考取了就读,不考取就不读”的传统思想,而是在虽然没有考取重点大学或者上本科线的情况下,仍然选择合适的高职院校让孩子继续学习,接受规范科学的就业教育,努力把他们打造成符合社会发展需求的素质人才。然而由于高职院校本身在生源、师资力量、社会认可度、教学资金等方面,相对于一些部属院校、国家与地方共建的高校处于弱势状态,在学生职业道德教育与就业教育方面,需要投入更多的精力和探索。本文就高职院校学生职业道德教育和就业教育两个方面做出探索,提出一些建议,希望能够给相关的工作人员提供一些参考。
Since entering the 21st century, people have come to realize that knowledge is productivity. Therefore, more and more parents no longer hold the traditional notion of “taking their exams and not reading them”, but they still choose the suitable higher vocational schools even though they have not taken the key universities or undergraduate courses. Institutions let children continue to learn, accept normative scientific employment education, and strive to create them in line with the needs of the development of social quality of qualified personnel. However, due to higher vocational colleges in their own resources, teachers, social recognition, teaching funds, compared with some subordinate colleges and universities and the state and local colleges and universities to build a disadvantaged state, in student professional ethics education and employment education, Need to invest more energy and exploration. This article probes into vocational moral education and employment education in vocational colleges and puts forward some suggestions in the hope of providing relevant references for staff.
