Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on negative emotions and comfort in patients undergoing non-general anesthesia. Methods From February 2014 to January 2017, 92 patients who underwent surgery in Longgang District Orthopedic Hospital were enrolled. All patients underwent non-general anesthesia and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group example. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group and the nursing intervention group were compared with the negative emotion score (SAS, SDS), the perioperative comfort and so on in the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS on the 1st postoperative day were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, and they were admitted to the hospital for 1 hour. The GCQ comfort score at the end of the surgery was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups in SAS, SDS score and GCQ score at 1h before operation (P> 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients undergoing non-general anesthesia may help to reduce the postoperative negative emotions and improve the comfort during operation, which is worth popularizing and applying.
