以游泳行为变化情况为指标,考察了有机磷农药乐果对淡水种萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)的毒性作用。测定了暴露在5个不同质量浓度乐果作用6小时后轮虫游泳行为的变化情况。可以观察到轮虫的游泳方向的平衡性被破坏,游泳角速度与线速度受到显著地抑制。采用主成分分析方法(PCA)分析了在乐果的作用下轮虫游泳行为的变化情况。结果显示游泳平衡性失衡,旋转角度变小,位移速率变慢。暴露6 h后,0.2 mg/L质量浓度组轮虫游泳位移速率变慢最为明显,而在1.0,1.4和1.8 mg/L质量浓度组轮虫游泳平衡性失衡最为明显,结果表明轮虫游泳行为的变化情况与乐果的质量浓度高度相关。本研究方法与内容在国内外尚属首次报道。
Taking the change of swimming behavior as an index, the toxicity of organophosphorus pesticide dimethoate to freshwater species Brachionus calyciflorus was investigated. The changes of swimming behavior of rotifer after exposure to 5 different concentrations of dimethoate for 6 hours were measured. It can be observed that the balance of the swimming direction of rotifer is destroyed, and the angular speed and the linear speed of swimming are significantly suppressed. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to analyze the changes of rotifer’s swimming behavior under dimethoate. The results showed that the swimming balance imbalance, rotation angle becomes smaller, the displacement rate becomes slower. After 6 h of exposure, the displacement speed of rotifers was the most obvious at the concentration of 0.2 mg / L, while the imbalanced rotations of rotifers were the most obvious at the concentrations of 1.0, 1.4 and 1.8 mg / L. The results showed that the swimming behavior of rotifers The changes are closely related to the mass concentration of dimethoate. This research method and content are the first report at home and abroad.
