采用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20及反相HPLC制备液相色谱等方法对还阳参Crepis crocea乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行化学成分研究。通过理化性质及波谱学方法鉴定了13个化合物,分别为还阳参酯素Ⅰ(1)、8β-(2-羟基-2-甲基-3-氧代丁酮酰氧基)糖美菊素(2)、tectoroside(3)、木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(4)、大波斯菊苷(5)、七叶内酯(6)、原儿茶醛(7)、反式-4-羟基肉桂酸(8)、咖啡酸(9)、2-羟基-3-(4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯(10)、2-羟基-3(4-羟基苯基)丙酸乙酯(11)和顺式-3,4-二羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(12)。还阳参乙酸乙酯萃取部位的12个化合物以愈创木烷内酯型倍半萜类化合物为主,其中化合物1为新化合物,命名为还阳参酯素Ⅰ(1)。除化合物4,9外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of Crepis crocea were extracted by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and reverse phase HPLC. Thirteen compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods. (2), tectoroside (3), luteolin-7-O-glucoside (4), ascaridin (5), esculetin (6), protocatechuic aldehyde (7) Hydroxycinnamic acid (8), caffeic acid (9), methyl 2-hydroxy-3- (4- hydroxyphenyl) propionate Ethyl acetate (11) and cis-3,4-dihydroxy-β-ionone (12). Twelve compounds of the extract fraction of yang ginseng ethyl acetate were mainly guaiacolide sesquiterpenoids, of which compound 1 was a new compound and named as yangsen ginseng ester Ⅰ (1). Except for compound 4,9, all the other compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
