在网棚内采用基质栽培模式,研究了4种组合基质与脱毒马铃薯原原种生长发育和经济效益间的关系。结果表明:虽然在基质配方中加入羊粪、鸡粪促进了脱毒马铃薯原原种的生长发育,但是羊粪和鸡粪是热性肥料,对试管扦插苗的存活率有抑制作用。将沙子、牛粪、蛭石容积比按0.4:0.4:0.2配制的混合基质与传统蛭石比较,脱毒马铃薯原原种繁殖效率、产值、利润分别增加了11.47粒/m2、4.01元/m2、10.41元/m2,基质成本降低了6.4元/m2。
The substrate cultivation mode was used in the net shed to study the relationship between the growth and economic benefits of the four combinations of matrix and virus-free raw potato. The results showed that although sheep manure and chicken manure were added into the matrix formulation to promote the growth and development of the virus-free raw potato, sheep manure and chicken manure were thermal fertilizers, which inhibited the survival rate of test-tube cutting seedlings. Compared with traditional vermiculite, the reproductive efficiency, output value and profit of detoxified potato original seed were increased by 11.47 grains / m 2 and 4.01 yuan / m 2, respectively, when sand, cow dung and vermiculite volume ratio were 0.4: 0.4: 0.2. , 10.41 yuan / m2, matrix costs decreased by 6.4 yuan / m2.
