由于受到最近几年国内经济增长速度下降、就业总量不断扩大以及就业结构性矛盾显著的三重压力下,就业单位对高校毕业生的用人需求降低,影响着高校毕业生就业工作的顺利开展,体育专业大学生就业形势同样严峻复杂,面临的很多的压力。本文通过运用SWOT分析方法分析体育专业大学生就业形势,了解体育专业毕业生在就业过程中面临的优势、劣势、机会、挑战四个方面分析了体育专业大学生的就业形势,提出了体育专业实现完全就业的新思路。
