目的　为研究正常青年男性附睾的组织形态特征。方法　对１５ 名有生育能力意外死亡的青年男性捐献者的１５ 枚新鲜右侧附睾做石腊切片、ＨＥ 染色，利用体视学原理，通过显微镜测量的方法，在附睾５ 个不同区段进行了组织形态定量测定。结果　得出了附睾管道系统的管腔直径、上皮高度、纤毛长度，以及上皮、管腔和管间的间质组织的体密度（ＶＤ） 等参数。结论　人附睾组织形态定量测定结果，为进一步的研究提供了参考数据 Objective To study the morphological characteristics of the epididymis in normal young men. Methods Fifteen fresh right epididymis from 15 young male donors with fertility accidental death were paraffin-embedded. HE staining was performed on 5 different sections of the epididymis by stereological methods and by means of microscopy. Tissue morphology quantitative determination. Results The lumen diameter, epithelial height, ciliary length, and body mass density (VD) of the epididymal ductal system were calculated.
