目的:探讨妊娠滋养细胞疾病葡萄胎中白介素-1β(IL-1β)在葡萄胎发病中的作用。方法:通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测有高危因素的葡萄胎患者和无不良妊娠病史的妊娠期妇女的外周血液中淋巴细胞经过脂多糖(LPS)刺激后IL-1β的表达水平。结果:在LPS刺激前后,葡萄胎组和正常妊娠组间IL-1β的表达水平均无统计学差异(P>0.05);但组内比较发现,在葡萄胎组中,淋巴细胞经LPS刺激后,IL-1β的表达水平无明显变化(P>0.05),而在正常妊娠组中,IL-1β的表达水平显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:葡萄胎的发病机制与机体淋巴细胞分泌IL-1β的整体表达水平无关,其发病机制与机体在受到外来有害物质刺激后免疫应答能力下降密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the role of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in the pathogenesis of hydatidiform mole in gestational trophoblastic diseases. Methods: The levels of IL-1β in peripheral blood lymphocytes stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in pregnant women with high risk of hydatidiform mole and in pregnancy without history of adverse pregnancy. Results: Before and after LPS stimulation, there was no significant difference in the expression level of IL-1β between hydatidiform mole group and normal pregnancy group (P> 0.05); however, in hydatidiform mole group, lymphocytes were stimulated by LPS (P> 0.05). However, the expression of IL-1β in normal pregnancy group was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The pathogenesis of hydatidiform mole has nothing to do with the overall expression level of IL-1β secreted by lymphocytes in the body. The pathogenesis of hydatidiform mole is closely related to the decrease of immune response ability of the organism after stimulation by foreign harmful substances.
