本文介绍四信道声光调制器驱动电源的原理、设计与制作.已研制的驱动电源的主要技术性能是:载频频率是100±0.005MHZz;输出功率可达到1W以上;脉冲调制速率从DC到2MHz以上;开关比优于30dB;上升时间小于30ns.该驱动电源能够与四信道声光调制器配套用于精密汉字激光照排机.
This paper introduces the principle, design and manufacture of four-channel acousto-optic modulator drive power.It has been developed the main technical performance of the drive power supply is: the carrier frequency is 100 ± 0.005MHZz; output power can reach 1W above; pulse modulation rate from DC to 2MHz above; switching ratio better than 30dB; rise time less than 30ns. The drive power can be used with the four-channel acousto-optic modulator for precision Chinese laser imagesetting machine.
