2008年,我国迎来改革开放三十周年,这也是我国法治建设与改革又迈出新的步伐的一年。在科学发展观的指导下,随着建设小康社会步伐的加快,我国法治社会的构建也步入新的轨道,然而也存在一些不足。作者通过孙洪坤所著的《程序与法治》一书,解读了程序在构建社会主义和谐法治社会进程中的现实作用和意义。
In 2008, our country welcomes the thirtieth anniversary of the reform and opening up. This is also a year when the rule of law of our country has taken another new step in its construction and reform. With the acceleration of the pace of building a moderately prosperous society under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, the construction of a society ruled by law has also entered a new track, however, there are still some shortcomings. Through the book “Procedures and Rule of Law” by Sun Hongkun, the author interprets the realistic function and significance of the procedure in the process of building a harmonious society ruled by law.
