经过紧锣密鼓的运作,春节过后,地方政府机构改革进入实施阶段。据悉,北京市党政机构改革方案已经中央机构编制委员会审核批准。目前,北京市正加紧组织实施党政机构改革方案。北京市委工作机构将由原来的17个精简到12个,市委机关行政编制精减20%;市政府机构设置由原来的67个精简为45个,政府机关行政编制精简50%。北京市将在一季度完成市委、市政府各部门的“定人、定岗、定编工作”。人员分流工作3年内完成。
