本文在分析了低品位难选铁矿在还原过程中的结晶化学反应的基础上,研究了还原温度对铁晶粒的兼并长大和渣铁分离的影响。同时也研究了还原铁粉对还原过程的催化作用和渣铁分离的影响。
Based on the analysis of the crystallization reaction of low-grade refractory iron ore during the reduction process, the effects of reduction temperature on the iron-oxide grain growth and slag separation were studied. At the same time, the catalytic effect of reduced iron powder on the reduction process and the influence of slag and iron separation were also studied.
