【目的】了解昆山市托幼机构儿童健康状况动态变化,以便进一步加强和改进托幼机构卫生保健工作。【方法】收集2007—2009年托幼机构六一儿童体检资料,并对其进行分析。【结果】近三年来昆山市托幼机构儿童体重、身高达标率均保持在较高水平;低体重儿童检出率逐年下降;肥胖儿童检出率呈逐年上升趋势,2007年与2009年比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);贫血儿童检出率由2007年的1.90%上升到2009年的2.19%,以轻度贫血为主;龋齿儿童检出率由2007年的27.12%上升到2009年的35.08%,两年度之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】应加强托幼机构儿童健康管理,贫血、龋齿和肥胖的儿童是干预重点。
【Objective】 To understand the dynamic changes of children’s health in kindergartens and nurseries in Kunshan so as to further strengthen and improve the health care in kindergartens and nurseries. 【Method】 The physical examination data of 61 children in kindergartens and nurseries during 2007-2009 were collected and analyzed. 【Results】 The results showed that the children’s body weight and height compliance rates in Kunshan were all kept at a high level in recent three years. The detection rate of children with low birth weight decreased year by year. The detection rate of obese children showed an upward trend year by year. (P <0.05). The detection rate of anemia children increased from 1.90% in 2007 to 2.19% in 2009, with mild anemia being the main factor. The detection rate of dental caries increased from 27.12% in 2007 to 2009 Year, 35.08%, the difference between the two years was statistically significant (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 It is the key point of intervention to strengthen children health management, children with anemia, dental caries and obesity in child care institutions.
